quiet stay with excellent service
pleasant receptionist quick breakfast
the receptionists were very pleasant i asked for extra tea and coffee and it was supplied promptly the room was very clean too. the breakfast was served quickly it was nice and the staff were very pleasant.

tasty full english great breakfast selection major road access dusty room shower ceiling too much noise
the breakfast selection included a very tasty full english. the menu also presented reasonably priced choices for other meals. a lovely lady managed the reception and the restaurant. the location proved great, close to major roads so I could visit nottingham EASILY.
the room was too hot and a bit dusty. mould existed on the shower ceiling. the only way to ventilate was opening the door and leaving the small gap on the window open. too much noise from the A5 entered the room, EVEN with the window closed properly.

the breakfast service was prompt and efficient. the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the tea tasted quite good!
The quilt cover felt a little scratchy to me. I usually don't have that issue, though.

Check-in was straightforward. The room was immaculate. The large bed felt SO comfy! Breakfast provided ample gluten-free options, which i found reassuring. The staff were really friendly. And ever so helpful.
